After i suscribe to a tactic from the workshop the black line at the bottom of steam window appears but it does not download anything.It stays that way forever.After i restart steam it disappears and after that if i go back to workshop and unsuscribe and suscribe the tactics the same thing repeats.So plz help me if someone can.
