extremely low FPS rate?

I just purchased the game but I don't have a beast PC (it's an Acer Aspire E1) and even when I run the game at "simple" it goes at somenthing like 7 FPS... Is there something I can do or is it just that myPC can't handle it ?

Are you just in the front end or in-game? Try smaller ships/raft if in game. The update next week will massively improve performance too
Can you put your specs here too?

It's in the front end and in-game, it's an Acer aspire E1 with AMD quad-core processor A4-5000 and AMD radeon HD 8330 with 512 MB graphic system memory(if you need more specs just ask). Thanks for helping!

the 512mb graphics card is low so that will struggle to be honest...
Run the game on 'Fastest' rather than simple
Also turn down the "Physics Joint CPU allocation" in the options menu to its lowest setting
let me know how you get on!
