In that case I think they themselves know how to and will probably do it themselves. If anything you could help out people who don't have Gold and get them skins they want.

I'm offering this to skin creators who don't plan on buying STCE any time soon or just don't wanna bring it over themselves.

This is one way to tide yourself over. I don't think any more skin creators have any interest in porting skins over so this probably will be your best bet.
