How can i make a mod？

can i use3dmax make a modeling and leading it in？or i must use the offical software？

For 3D modeling you will need to use this guidelines as the models needs to have certain specs to be integrated into FaceRig.

You will need to create collada and targa files, which i think can be done in 3dmax as well (you can also use maya, blender).
