Whenever a menu has to open or close, like for example entering and leaving a town the game freezes for a short time. This also happens while selecting sub menus like "Trade with the locals".

I turned Vsync off and also set my max fps to my monitors refresh rate, 144 hz. Does anyone know any solutions?
