You don't see these much nowadays, but Arcades attract the younger people back then when gaming online wasn't such a common thing, and it used to be very profitable when organized well (Playdium for instance is a big example of a massive 'arcade' with go-kart and such as a alternative attraction).

This game is about building a high-rise. It could be a office building or a mall, so technically building Arcades and other 'service' related stores can fit into the theme easily.

Pros:
- Increases visitors
- Gains profit based on visitors (or even tenants) using the Arcade
- Raises the mood of tenants and vistors who uses it, temporarily.

Cons:
- Makes a lot of noise
- Large room is needed for a larger selection of 'cabinets' to preview.
- Needs maintenance when the cabinets breaks down.
- Needs Janitor to clean up the place after the visitors leave at night.

Like a store, it uses a bay area in the storage space to store 'games' and such.
