I don't believe it needs that many difficulty modes. Who'd be willing to play a super dooper harcore mode? And what's the lowest level? Cotton candy mode with a single mine only? Just kidding...
I'd really like to set the number of mines manually.
I opened the map files with notepad+++ to examine if I could determine the number in there. But there's also just the difficulty value. Is it possible to change that value into number of mines? The average users may use the map editor only (as before) and the chiseled working users can jump into the womm file to do further changes? I'm just suggesting.
And I was really amused that you named your file extension .womm - it fits the minesweeper theme, lol.
I wrote the word hello with a tile width of 1 and put a 3 fields wide frame around it. This decreases the probability that there are too many mines hidden in the thin area (the word hello).
So you can paint thin things as you like, you just have to frame it afterwards.
I am happy. You don't have to change anything in my opinion. And thanks for your openness!
So happy to hear that .womm extension amused you, because I named this extension on my own. It is the acronym for "World Of Mines Map". I'm glad to see that this file name was regarded as unique file.
More dramatic updates will be shown in very very soon, so I hope you and every WoM enjoyers keep in touch for our evolution!
