mod wont download [animations loop]

Is anyone else having a problem getting the mod Looping animation to download?

I tried running the game after subscribing but nothing, also did unsubscribe and subscribe again

yeah

there is no folder for 1619750 in content folder in steamapps

i tried to also download the cheat menu and it also didnt download

Same issue here. Steam does not seem to want to download the workshop items, or it is and has set the files so they cannot be viewed even by the system admin. I'll keep digging around to see if maybe the files are being put somewhere else, but it'll probably be easier to just keep downloading the mods through the Discord instead of fiddling with the Workshop.
