Just refer to this video and make setups yourself which will only need sorting once (just put it on 2x speed since he talks slowly): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ADynVA5wXOM
Thanks for looking! My main problem is that it changes where the item is in my bar when I run out of said item, as that happens fairly often. Unfortunately, I don't think there's any in game fix. But thanks for your consideration!
The radial menu is saved to said loadout (F1-4) and they save with item loadouts. (Very handy if you need to craft ammo on the fly for one loadout, then another loadout would for melee).
Always rename loadouts so theyr clear for you. I name mine for instance HBG Spread where my spread 3 craft loadout including radial is for, while another db support loadout I made has all my support items with mushroom muncher and stuff, including the radial.
Usually I dont run out of stuff. I also always bring farcasters just incase I do need to restock which via the loadout feature, will put the bar back where it would belong.
As far as I know there's nothing directly impacting for when you are in the field.
Do item loadouts save your item bar sorting? If so, this might be the solution to my problem.
The only catch is how temporary items provided in quests sometimes mess it up by going between two other items in the item bar, but they won't change anything in F1 to F4 shortcuts.
