I'm sorry but I also understand it only in a way as Knexcar. Could you provide more details on what exactly do you want? Because it really seems like all you want is just an elevated version of ground level end station.

I don't remember exactly what I meant here, but I believe I meant that there wasn't an end station for metro cars that would let me make effectively a train line above ground that does not need signalling. So all tracks and passenger stations and end stations would be above ground.

I just realized the in-game elevated metro station is called an "Above Ground" station, which is confusing since "above ground" often means "on the ground" (as opposed to underground) - probably a translation issue. Sadly there aren't any elevated end stations, but there's nothing technical stopping a modder from making one.

I certainly don't mean to be rude, so I'll check to make sure, but my understanding was that it wasn't possible to make a fully above ground metro system.
