A scuffed way of doing it would be by going to the folder with all the images in the games install directory ('C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Cookie Clicker\resources\app\src\img' for example) and replacing the "perfectCookie.png" with a custom one. Make sure to create a copy of the original in case you wanna go back.
