When modifying the name of a country, it doesn't actually change when you start a game with that mod loaded. The default country name remains. I noticed that this is only a problem with mods made after the DLCs. Older mods seem to work.

The flag also does not change if you have included a custom flag. It appears that this entire system has been broken.
