Item info - Item colors
There's no MI entry though, only rare, and when I look up MI items in the database, they are classified as rares. So I don't know if that's something that's hardcoded. You could try changing the rareItemColor and see if it stays olive.
Btw a small hint to knowing something is Rare or MI ingame, Rares will always have a prefix or suffix, it's what defines the item as green in the first place.
MI's without any modifications to the game will never show a prefix or suffix. Just the item name.
