how to access steam workshop games?

So i wanted to try devkits but i have trouble opening them. Can someone explain how to access does devkits from Clickteam Workshop?

I am having a similar issue. I am clicking on the "Steam workshop tool" button in MMF and it is doing nothing.
I have checked for updates and rebooted and all that. Unsure why this is happening.
