cant upload my building to workshop...
says invalid parameter

Hi,

Yeah unfortunately it seems like Steam doesn't let Demo version have a fully working workshop. It will work in the full game though!

okay. can the full game read my savefile/world that i created in the demo/playtest?

You might need to move your savefile folder but yes it should be possible. However, full version might include big changes which might break things from older versions.
