Does anyone have any advice on sector modding or tutorials?

I haven't found any tutorials for adding new sectors to the existing map. Does anyone know of any guides?

I've been searching through the files but I am sure to miss something.

Thank you but that's a tool for random generation, not adding a custom sector which I found no help on.

Found a guide finally just by luck :D

This shows sector creation from scratch.
