So I want to make a rims pack but have no idea what to model them in because I dont't know what the game supports. I have tryed looking on GOM-TEAM.com but that always seems to be offline. Is there a guide that someone can link me too or something like that or a video. Also for creating mods do you need a fairly decent computer because I dont want to start and then cant finish, My computer specs are on my steam profile.
