Is this UI mod possible?

I'm playing geode in ''fist person'' and its awesome, so i was wondering, if we had a first person UI mod, with a space theme, helmet and everything, it would be even more amazing.
I have no experience in modding, just made this image in photoshop, is it possible to create something like this? do you have any tutorial on UI mod?

i doubt it since all of the current ui mods is just color changes of the actual UI and none with replaced/relocated objects.
I think we would need more support from gamigo on the 1st person perspective to do anything.

It looks super cool though.
