modding USF/AEF, need help with production buildings

I'm trying to figure out how to change the production buildings to my own so they can produce the units I modded in, however so far it doesn't seem to work. In the attribute editor, there seems to be no entries for tier 1-4 buildings for the AEF, and so far the only hint I can find is the base stamper. I found it in ebps, but once more, found nothing that could help me.
I swear I was capable of doing it earlier with a different mod, so what do I do?

I try to edit these, but isn't there also an army file that I need to use? Or should I simply clone without renaming it?
