My suggestion is it should be build with "room boxes", so you can build induvidual hotels.
Guests are willing to visit the hotel rooms only after a certain time in the park (1 hour) und sleep there for a few minutes. When they come out, their park timer is set to 0:00 again. (And a timer for "days in the park" should be added)
After the visit the room has to be cleaned by a janitor who must bring the trash from the room to some kind of support facility.
