My first question is: Can you fly it reasonably well your self, or does it tend to climb or dive sharply unless you apply constant corrections?

I tend to aim to start by creating an aircraft I can fly before I expect the dumb as a box of rocks AI to be able to fly it. After that, I look carefully at the AI settings and try to give the craft a good margin for error.
