I'm trying to export one of my mods to steam, but for whatever reason it isn't working and I'm not quite sure why?

When hitting "Publish to Steam" it shows the mod in my workshop tab, and by appearance it seems like it *should* be working, however on both my end and my friend's end the mod does not work in game. For my friend, the folder that's supposed to have the mod just straight up doesn't exist. On my end it exists, but doesn't appear in game despite having all the necessary files.

As far as I know, I've used the same content pathing route as all my other suit mods. I've no clue what could be causing this issue. Does anyone have an idea?
