The author stuffed up big time! He compressed the files instead of simply storing them.
Anyone who has already downloaded (subscribed) to this mod can fix it by extracting the full contents of the zip file somewhere and then making a new zip remembering to select "store" for the compression method. The non-working zip is about 236 Mb, a corrected one will be about 760 Mb.
