In the main game menu, you should see an icon that says Mods at the bottom of the screen. Selecting this should bring up the Mod Manager link. Within the Mod Manager, you can check the box for whichever mods you want to activate then hit apply.

Ok, that is what i figured but none of the mods i have subscribed too show up in there, after tha last update i also started to get config and video error messages when loading the game, i think the update may be broken
