so i created a sword for gigs and ♥♥♥♥♥ but when i try to create it with another custom item i made (which works fine by itself) it sees the bar i choose, it sees the custom item i created, but then theres a third item for some reason that says "lost item" and it never completes.

where did i go wrong?
