Subscribe button in Workshop is Non Existent for me

So I'm new to how the workshop works and how to download mods. To my understanding, I simply click on a mod in the shop and then click "subscribe" and presto! mod! my problem? for everything I click on, I have seen NO GEEN SUBSCRIBE BUTTON AT ALL. there is Share, Rate, Report etc. but havent encountered a single option to download it.

Am I doing something wrong or is this abnormal? any tips or feedback would be helpful thanks. I just want to download some cool weapon skins and armor
