Where is map editor ?

I'm looking for map editor on files game and i can't find it. In internet there is also no information where to download the editor.
Does anyone know where the editor can be found ? And recently I had a desire to create a map 2-4 on multiplayer.

Thank you for anwser nemO. I have already created maps on the Workshop editor to JTF and Trainz Simulator. However, the COH2 editor is very advanced for me. Despite this I learn to create in the editor using the tutorial from YouTube.

This may be a bit silly question, but how do you rotate objects in WorldBuidler ?
