If you select "build new engine" at the engine stand and select the engine you want to build, I think you can then hover over where the part goes (in this case block) and it will tell you which one you need.

Ok I Tried to Start from Scratch But when I click on the V8 2 Carb Supercharged Motor it shows on the Stand for a sec then Disappears. What am I doing wrong?

Your not doing anything wrong. When you select the engine type, It's basically setting the engine stand up to receive parts for that particular engine. You wont see the engine or any parts until you start adding them, in order, starting with the block. Once you have the engine you want to build selected, you should see an outline of the engine. Click on the outline, then enter part mount mode. If the block is in your invintory you should be able to add it to the stand.
