Age restriction

Is there a way to set an age restriction to series so that AI teams won't sign drivers over a specific age? I know that the Fire Mod 20 do that but i would like to do it in the vanilla version.

You can do this, but it is a waste of time. The coding isn't set up to follow those areas in the championships database

Any idea how to do it? I have a little experience on editing the assembly file but I don't know what value to change.
