change the drivers at the beginning.
Is there a mod to customize the drivers at the beginning? that would be very cool

if you let all contracts expire before the season starts (like set them all to 2010 or something) the teams will hire new drivers.

there is a mod called "first year reboot" that is focused around that strategy
