More mutations mod?

An idea that came to mind - is a mod that allows for more than three mutations to be selected. Perhaps the price for resetting mutations could also be altered, instead of a set 1k/25k/50k, perhaps the price could be partly based on how many mutations you've earned so far. Thoughts?
