Skill Slots

Are there any mods that either split passive and active skills into two seperate categories, or add slots for skills. I'm not refering to the bind keys, but the actual skill slots on the spell inventory page.

I'm not sure if someone changed the skill menu layout like that, but if there is, its mod would be incompatible with the layout for custom classes because most class mods use the 7 (top) active & 3 (bottom) passive skills layout like the vanilla.

Do you mean, Spell Slots? The game can only read 4 regardless of where UI you put it.
