Is there a way to edit maintenance costs? I want to make a mod that takes out some of the resource-shortages, so you can focus on diplomacy and conquest. So far all I can think of is giving countries a gigantic stockpile, but it takes forever. Is there a way to just lower or delete maintenance costs of infrastructure, factories, and such?
