Crazy destructing bug with room scroll

On some workshop levels I see people suck unreachable and sometimes I can go off the screen on top or bottom sides. First, I was thinking it's because of a bad design. Second, maybe it was made with different screen ratio, so something stays hidden on my screen. But now I know.
VERTICAL SCROLL IS NOT WORKING on custom levels! I opened one of buggy levels for Editing and everything was fine. Scroll was working and I saw a few new rooms. No people was stuck. I made a few changes, published it, opened through the game - top and bottom sides are cut, I can go off-screen, stuck people appeared (even if there was no spawn point in this place) and I can't scroll the level!

Please, provide us with the output log so we can figure our what goes wrong:

1. Go to your Steam folder\steamapps\common\Party Hard\PartyHardGame_Data
2. Locate the output_log.txt file.
3. Upload it using a file hosting service. You can use https://www.dropbox.com/h .
4. Share the link with us.
