Maybe Allow a Voting model Workshop?
If you Create a Train/Wagon Model you could Put it up on workshop but only if tons of people Wanted to see it ingame would mean you add it

I think the open workshop system right now is much better, i dont like the idea of a heavily curated workshop.

remember you can just sort by "most popular" to get the best layouts, its up to you to seek them out. I believe anyone should be able to upload their layouts without the need for it to be perfect, it would go against the idea of Rolling Line being a train sim for everyone (including children) to enjoy

This isnt Skins or layouts im talking about people modeling new trains and if there voted to be added you would add said locomotive to the game with maybe a little Train Model Workshop

Ohh i see, i will be adding good mods into the game officially, but ill just choose those ones myself. No real need for a community voting system
