Do u earn anything from workshop skins sales?

Like in CS GO u get 25%. Do u get smth like this here? Or like a an attribution? When I went to workshop it said 0 items were accepted in game

Yes! You'll get all Mint Condition Weapon skins including Legendary in the next Community Safe

The "0 items accepted to the game" is tied to Valve's functionality of rewarding creators. OVERKILL went in a different direction, as such, the button that shows which skins were accepted is non functional.
