Copyright didn't nab them, I hid most of them so that the dev isn't rewarded with money from new buyers wanting to use my mods

Dev isn't working on this game, so why reward them with free publicity via mods?

Because it was mostly the player base who benefitted from them, I didn't even know this game was still in development. Who cares what devs get, I just want to see spartans blast apart giga bowser

AND BETCH, I am willing to trade my sheckels for access to good mods if the modder is the one getting all the doe

bruh i really want mods to come back. There are only 7 pages of mods

Yeah, I agree like a year or two ago there was so many mods. you could set up so many cool scenerios and battles but now i can only find overpowered units, Superheroes, and pokemon characters for the most part. And while i get your reasons is it really worth it to deny the community from having fun with the game THEY bought with THEIR money just so the devs don't get money from your mods. Also people still buy the game anyways so what your doing is just hurting the community not the devs. Even if what you did mattered the devs still probably have other sources of income than just Uebs so if it became a problem for them they would just sell the game off or cut the game entirely. Btw my intention in this post is not to hate on you Butthole Baguette but to encourage you to open up your amazing mods to the public again. (edit: I dont know why there are hearts i didn't put those there)

@Gaddy, I thought that too. I originally left the mods up to keep people happy, but time after time, people were going out of their way to buy this bare bones game purely for the mods i'd created. If people want Halo mods, there are many, many better games who offer them.

@M4 - I've stated on other occasions I can't, and won't accept money for copyrighted things. I've had popular Youtubers, and others here try to bribe me with money ranging from $20-50+, and free games. Declined all. I'm making my own game, I don't want to be screwing myself over by accepting money for that.

You mean people enjoyed your work that it added value to the game, so you decided to take that away from them? Sounds kinda like your motivated by malice more than anything. Do everyone a favor and never release mods again in your life if that's going to be your attitude.

@T-XP, if I wanted to be malicious, I'd re-upload all my mods, with non-working files just to waste peoples time

Came back to the game today expecting to use my modded troops in a new super awesome battle, turns out all my mods are gone and I'm left to ponder the meaning of life :I
Please bring back the mods. They made the gameplay even more epic.
