To change the name on steam you have to change the workshop_item.vdf file in the uploader files you unzipped from the guide using a text editor. This file is located in the scripts subfolder, basically just change the texts between "TEXTS" where it tells you. As far as tags, specifically scenraio, I think the uploader already has it built in, I was told it takes a few days to update by another modder. Hope that helps
