Middle-click on an item in the world, then click the Edit Item icon (it looks like a pencil.) The Visual tab is where you'd put URLs to your custom Screen & Marquee images. And you can set the Preview to any YouTube video or any other URL you want to have there.
Wizards try to automatically fill out the Item Properties for you, but are a little buggy so it's best to get used to the Item Properties menu first.
For addon models, the easiest way to get them is to join somebody's multiplayer server. To install your own addon models, you'd put their assets into the Anarchy Arcade/aarcade_user folder and then go to Main Menu > Settings > Import tab > Models so that they show up in your library. (Just be sure you are not in a MP server when you import models to make sure they get saved properly.)
