Not to start an argument, sorry if it looks like that, but I ran Car Mechanic Simulator 2018 without Metal API and it ran smooth as butter. Then again, other might not perform well. Will I be able to play workshop maps on Mac in the future or do I have to get a Windows computer?

I'm not sure I can only pass on what I have been told but I can ask if maps will be enabled in future

I asked the lead Dev they will look into it after they finish console release

Maps on MAC still require further testing for performance and compatibility sadly its not as easy as car mods so with some luck they will be avaliable in near future.

As for time frame they can not give one at the moment.

there should be a mod for mac users to download a file and have instructions on were or how to add a folder of maps that will work in the game
