Transmute Recipes Overwriting?

Hey, I wanted to combine souls in Synergies, but my game keeps assuming I'm just combining four random rare items, so every time I combine 10 minor souls, it just takes four and makes a rare.

Is there a way to select what recipe I want it to be?

Try using this Mod Patch over Synergies in the load order as it claims to fix some recipe issues:
