Solved it, had to be tapped into the beta for it to work. Thanks though!

what beta because my subscribed mods show up in my windows 10 workshop content folder but dont show up in game and when i drag and drop them into the cars folder they show up but mess with my game like causing problems with "missing" parts that are dlc and when i buy parts they dont go into my inventory but the money gets deducted ive unistalled and reinstalled the game like 5 or 6 times just cant figure it out
