I just want a way to do time limited events, or at least unlock them when you get high enough Hunter Rank, I really hate when you miss the event and you basically have to wait for god knows how long and then maybe it never comes or you have already moved on to something else, or just miss it again.
I would like to experience the content when I want and earn the right to do it, instead showing it in my face when I'm not ready for it and then just have to say bye to it.
What's the point of creating all the content if only select fev peeps are able to enjoy it, and then is the question of farming them.
The same thing was on the PS4 with much more exclusive and special events, I managed to do the Horizon Zero Dawn event, but figured out late that it actually also had a way to create Horizon Zero Dawn exclusive bow, but didn't have enough materials and wasn't able to get anymore, until next year most likely or never. Was able to get the palico outfit and Nora set (that also acts as a skin transmog into Nora instead of just armor).
And many others, Ryu and Chun Lee, Dante and etc. summer swimsuit events and FFXIV event. Not to mention loads of handler outfits, most are only availeable with mods now on PC.
