Imagine my disappointment to see the utter lack of cars to choose from. Imagine my even greater disappointment to find out thar motorbikes are locked behind cheats cannot be used online.

Unlikely, since it is pretty difficult to get new cars working because of the amount of support you need for each car: Slicing functionality, full ability support along with the animations, ♥♥♥♥-pit view and vr support, optional car screen support (optional cuz the interceptor and encryptor don't have car screens), that and all models will have to be similar to the spectrum so the hitbox makes sense, and there are probably a couple more things i've missed.
