In the game, in the menu you spawn in on the left there's two panels with levels in, press whatever level you want to play, it'll add it to the "playlist" board up above those panels, then you can just hit "playlist" in your wrist menu to start them.

Alternately join a multiplayer server, where most people will be playing workshop maps.
