How about a mod or file to unlock all cutscenes to make coop moore fluid

How about a mod or file to unlock all cutscenes to make coop moore fluid? It may be possible to do this, so you don't have to start a quest alone, find the monster, watch cutscene then send sos or exit and start a new quest with your friend. I noticed when you watch a cutscene, it has an "unlocked cutscene" pop up after each one is watched. Just a thought.

The main quest is not design for co-op tho, they expect you to finish the monster yourself, then form a party to grind that monster

If that were the case then you wouldn't be able to SoS at all.

That's pretty much how every Monster Hunter has worked.
