Bare trees in winter mod?
One of the things I like the best about the game is the change from day to night and the change of the seasons. I did notice however that the trees do not loose ther leaves in the later part of fall and all winter. It's kind of hard to see throught the forest with the leaves are on the trees and everything is white plus I think it would be more realistic for the trees to be bare in the winter. Does anyone know if there might be a mod that fixes this?

It would require a murder to redesign as all of the trees at all stages of growth so given our shortage of folks with modelling talent and software i wouldn't expect one even though it would be a great thing.

Just cut them all down within the radius of the settlements so you have clean tree free land. Make 2 rows with a path inbetween thats cool.
FPV is awesome any time of year. FPV can be used replant different types of trees in rows. I use the mod No Cool Down time so it can be done quite fast pressing the shift key with W to run. Scroll the button to change the tree types.

I dont want to cut them all down. I want the trees there. :) I just think having the trees turn color then go bare during the later part of Autumm and all winter would look great and be more realistic.

I agree with you and most important we don't have either models or animations and it would take a lot of time even if we do have them...
