Damaged Skin?

So, I'm recreating someone else's skin to practice making skins (Not going to submit it, just learning how to make skins), but the one thing I noticed is that when I'm close to finished, that the skin looks has small blue, yellow, and brown parts on the skin that it's not supposed to have. I'm unsure how to completely fix it. I am using GIMP and Dersushy's template to make this and the weapon is the Gruber Kurz. https://puu.sh/B0cdT/1155dba553.png

Those are due to mipmaps on the CC texture (texture that tells the game where colors go)
You cant really fix it without going in and fixing the file itself.

Note you dont notice it ingame as much because the gun is much close to the camera making it use the highest quality mipmap

Well, I noticed that the colors were similar to the cloth and rubber/wood, so when I changed those colors, it mostly went away, but the brown stayed.

I've also used the mod that lets you input your skin into heists and I can very clearly see the errors, but maybe I'm misunderstanding you.

So yeah, fixed the blue and yellow, but I don't know how to remove the brown, but even so, I'm curious why it's even doing this in the first place for me to have to find workarounds, can someone give or tell something to fix this? https://puu.sh/B0jnp/bbada7b5c5.png
