Could you make any mod like PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS(PUBG)?

I think it will be cool like PUBG if you can make any mod~Especially in terms of tactics, these four tactics : default，assault，stealth and damage，they r boring.

I am an architect,so i have an idea,could i make some buildings can be destroyed?Just like Frostbite Engine in BF3? Maybe i think too much

Running with pans, heh

well not sure how you would pull that off, given the faction system. Maybe making a huge number of smol factions that can all coexist on one map?
