I've been tinkering with the track editor and started to gain interest towards the custom blocks. I have an idea for a track but I cannot create it with the base blocks and thus would need to create 2-3 custom blocks (mostly just decorations) for my track.

So my questions regarding the custom blocks are...

1. If I place a custom block to my track do the people who download it need to have the file on their computer? And if so, will the file be packaged with the track when uploading it to the internet?

2. If the custom block needs to be downloaded separately, where can I upload it? I didn't seem to find option to upload it to Workshop (I may be blind but I couldn't find any way to upload it to Workshop).
